This recording (the one with unrestrained applause after first movement) is probably with Tortelier and BBC (see data right below). These mp3s were found online, and never released on CD. There are 2 other non-officially-released recordings of Rach 3 with Sokolov. This is the best one imho. If somebody has the original uncompressed files of this recording - PLEASE UPLOAD THIS SOMEWHERE AS FLAC/APE !!! This is an epic recording of Rach 3 !!!
