Their second 'Island' album, Liquid Acrobat As Regards The Air, hit the Top 50, boasting the spine-tingling melancholy of the 11-minute 'Darling Belle'. Maligned by many ISB purists as an "electric" album, I think this album is one of their strongest efforts. It includes a mixture of styles including the extraordinary world fusion of "Talking of the End", the hard rock influenced "Painted Chariot" and the whimsical jug band music of "Evolution Rag".
